Before you send it
How long will my repair take?
Most controller work is finished the same day. Console port repairs usually take 2–3 business days, because they involve board-level soldering and a full retest before handover.
Do I pay if you cannot fix it?
No. Diagnosis is free and there is no charge if we cannot resolve the fault. We will tell you before starting if a case looks doubtful.
Are the prices on this site the prices I pay?
Yes. Every repair listed here is a fixed price including parts and labour. If we find secondary damage we stop and quote the difference rather than adding it to the bill.
Will I lose my game saves?
No. Physical repairs do not touch internal storage, so your games, profiles and captures stay exactly as they were.
