Choose a drop-off time
These times come straight from our workshop diary, so anything you can see is genuinely free. Times that are already taken, and days we are closed, simply do not appear.
Loading available drop-off times…
The calendar has not loaded. The link below shows exactly the same times and books the same appointment — or call us and we will put it in the diary for you.

No Fix, No Fee applies to everything booked here. If we cannot fix it, you pay nothing at all — including the assessment.
What happens after you book
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing is charged and nothing is opened without you agreeing a price first.
-
Step 1:Confirmation straight away
You get an email with the time and the address, plus links to change or cancel it. Nothing else is needed from you before you arrive.
-
Step 2:We assess it properly
Someone strips it down and works out what has actually failed. We will not guess at a fault, and we will not start work without telling you the price first.
-
Step 3:You get one price
We call or message you with a fixed price and a turnaround. Nothing happens until you say yes to that number — saying no costs you nothing.
-
Step 4:Collect it when it is ready
We tell you when it is done, and every repair leaves with the same warranty on the parts and the labour.
Booking questions
How long does the drop-off take?
About ten minutes. The booked time is for handing the device over, not for the repair or the assessment — so nobody is queueing behind you and you are not left standing at a counter.
Do I need to know what is wrong with it?
No, and it is better if you do not guess. Tell us what you are seeing and when it happens, and let the assessment do the diagnosing. Being sent after the wrong fault wastes everybody's time.
What should I bring with me?
Bring the device itself, and its charger if the fault is anything to do with power, charging or shutting down. For a controller fault, bring the controller — and the console too if the problem only happens when the two are used together.
Do I pay anything at the drop-off?
No. The assessment is free and there is no deposit. You pay once, after you have agreed a price, and only if the repair goes ahead.
Can I change or cancel my time?
Yes. The confirmation email carries links for both, so you can move or cancel a slot without speaking to anyone. If you are inside a couple of hours of the appointment, a call is quicker.
I would rather post the device than drive in. Can I?
For anything you would rather not travel with, yes. Get in touch first so we know to expect it and can tell you how best to pack it — the last thing either of us wants is a console arriving damaged.
Where to bring it
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours as well. Booking is not a requirement — it just means we are expecting you and ready to take the device straight away.
